About the role
- Map and prospect new leads aligned with our customer profile.
- Conduct proactive outreach across different channels, such as email, phone and LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial conversations with potential clients, identifying pain points, needs and opportunities.
- Qualify leads and hand them off to the sales team with all necessary information.
- Log interactions, progress and insights in the CRM.
Requirements
- Investigative mindset and comfortable with a high volume of contacts.
- Interest in learning about solutions, the market and the sales process.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or prospecting is a plus.
