About the role

  • Create strategic videos for each stage of the funnel (attraction, consideration and conversion);
  • Plan, shoot and edit content for social media and campaigns;
  • Produce product videos and case studies that highlight value and differentiators;
  • Work closely with Growth to generate leads (MQLs) through video;
  • Analyze performance and optimize videos (especially the first few seconds);
  • Repurpose long-form content into dynamic cuts for Reels, TikTok and Shorts;
  • Ensure visual standards and brand consistency;
  • Use AI to scale and increase productivity in the editing process.

Requirements

  • Experience in audiovisual production within marketing teams or production companies
  • Proficiency in Premiere and After Effects (intermediate motion design is essential)
  • Knowledge of capture and set-up (camera, audio and lighting)
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and conversion-oriented content
  • Familiarity with AI tools in the editing workflow.
