About the role
- Create strategic videos for each stage of the funnel (attraction, consideration and conversion);
- Plan, shoot and edit content for social media and campaigns;
- Produce product videos and case studies that highlight value and differentiators;
- Work closely with Growth to generate leads (MQLs) through video;
- Analyze performance and optimize videos (especially the first few seconds);
- Repurpose long-form content into dynamic cuts for Reels, TikTok and Shorts;
- Ensure visual standards and brand consistency;
- Use AI to scale and increase productivity in the editing process.
Requirements
- Experience in audiovisual production within marketing teams or production companies
- Proficiency in Premiere and After Effects (intermediate motion design is essential)
- Knowledge of capture and set-up (camera, audio and lighting)
- Understanding of the sales funnel and conversion-oriented content
- Familiarity with AI tools in the editing workflow.
