About the role
- Close qualified opportunities, working in partnership with SDRs, pre-sales and internal teams
- Conduct commercial presentation meetings
- Gain a deep understanding of client pains and needs in order to propose appropriate solutions
- Lead negotiations focused on value and long-term relationships
- Perform structured follow-up until closing
- Update and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM
- Meet revenue, conversion and and average ticket targets
- Support continuous improvement of commercial processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Closer, Sales Consultant or Sales Executive
- Experience with consultative selling and negotiation
- Skill in leading sales meetings and presentations
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Persuasive, results-oriented profile
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools
