Requirements

What you’ll need
  • US citizen, eligible to obtain and maintain a US security clearance; no sponsorship available
  • Experience in one or more of growth, events, marketing, psychological operations, information operations, or political campaigns
  • Demonstrable track record with named campaigns, pipeline driven, or successful content, including numbers
  • Portfolio, website, or body of published work; applications without one will not be reviewed
  • Comfortable owning strategy and hands-on execution as the only marketer
  • Strong candidates may have psychological operations, information operations, or influence-campaign experience in the military or intelligence community plus startup marketing or brand experience
  • Political-campaign digital experience, including narrative ownership and audience growth
  • Founding or early-stage marketing experience at a defense-tech, GovTech, or mission-driven startup
  • Self-created content portfolio including writing, video, podcasts, or campaigns
  • Ability to distinguish and produce high-quality content
  • Experience building an audience from zero
  • Daily use of AI and automation of parts of one's own work
  • Ability to communicate with political appointees, career civil servants, and AI/tech enthusiasts
  • Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and correcting quickly
  • High-velocity approach to planning and execution
  • Nice-to-haves: based in the DMV or NYC; technical/software product marketing; government marketing or sales; perspective on notable defense-tech campaigns
