About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enable scalability of Onboarding Managers by completing configuration tasks
- Build Salesforce reports and dashboards for customers
- Ensure data accuracy and monitor platform adoption trends
- Provide support in system setups and data sanitization
- Guide lower-complexity client portfolios through onboarding journey
- Build adoption dashboards and audit user license utilization
- Transform customer feedback into knowledge-base articles or video walkthroughs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sound evaluation, judgment, and interpretation skills
- Ability to execute tasks independently
- Salesforce Reports and dashboard maintenance skills
- Development of predictive templates
- Experience in crafting slide decks linking metrics to ROI
- Knowledge of Salesforce/Sitetracker Object Models and data mapping logic
- Ability to handle routine platform configuration and data imports
- Experience in resolving user permission issues
- User provisioning in Sandbox and Production environments
- Management of small, low-touch accounts
