About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver live and virtual training sessions tailored to end-users
Collaborate with Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams to identify training gaps
Develop hands-on, scenario-based programs reflecting actual customer workflows
Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for customer-side trainers
Solicit feedback from learners and stakeholders for content improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in technical training
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, especially Salesforce
Experience in delivering Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT)
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to create scenario-based learning materials
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs)
