Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in SaaS service delivery and scaling
- Deep proficiency within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong experience with technical control and generative AI innovation
- Knowledge of operational governance and data integrity
- Ability to enforce strict data compliance and manage team performance
- Excellent collaboration skills with international stakeholders
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience
- Proven ability to establish clear operational guidelines and governance models
