About the role

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver fantastic outcomes without relying on high-touch interactions
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of EMEA customers and drive Sitetracker’s scale strategy
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Support, and Sales to keep accounts moving and unblock friction fast
  • Establish a scalable communication strategy; analyze adoption, value, and retention risk across accounts
  • Create and execute formal plans to address customer needs and position Sitetracker’s solution to business needs

Requirements

  • Clear and articulate communication skills, predominantly via digital mediums
  • Drive consistent customer engagement by owning and optimizing onboarding and success plans
  • Handle escalations with urgency and precision, coordinating cross‑functionally for rapid resolution
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives, outreach and engagement across the account portfolio
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and engagement dashboards
  • Experience working with diverse portfolios of clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
