About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop moderately complex custom features on top of the Sitetracker package to solve specific gaps in customer business processes
Work directly with customers to translate their unique business problems into technical solutions
Maintain high code quality while adhering to customer timelines
Ensure efficient design and implementation of technical solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the feature development lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical Aptitude
+ Writes reasonably efficient, bulk-safe Apex classes and triggers
+ Understand and implements OOPs concepts
+ Understands limits and governor constraints fundamentals
+ Building LWCs
+ Meaningful unit tests with positive/negative coverage(90%+)
Communication
+ Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
+ Strong interest working with internal stakeholders throughout the feature development lifecycle, from initial planning through to deployment
Work Management
+ Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, including handling 2–3 high-effort and 4–5 medium-effort projects simultaneously, or supporting 5–6 customers at a time
+ Has experience delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines, demonstrating strong prioritization ability, efficiency, and attention to detail under pressure
