About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Building lasting relationships – Connect with hotel owners to create new business opportunities and enhance existing partnerships through thoughtful upselling.
- Working toward shared goals – Collaborate with your team to meet key sales targets, helping both new and current clients succeed with SiteMinder solutions.
- Presenting with confidence and care – Develop well-considered proposals and communicate them in a way that’s clear, respectful, and aligned with the client’s values.
- Staying organized and responsive – Maintain accurate records of your progress using SiteMinder’s CRM, ensuring a smooth transition for clients from sales to onboarding.
- Listening and learning – Share client feedback with our Product Team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and client-centered innovation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A warm, confident phone presence, and the ability to lead conversations while listening actively and empathetically
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A collaborative, proactive attitude with the resilience to adapt and thrive
- A growth mindset — you’re open to learning, feedback, and supporting others while growing your own career
- Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales is a plus
- Experience in Hospitality sales is a plus
