About the role
- Take ownership of customer onboarding from start to finish
- Understand customer requirements and prepare the right setup for a smooth implementation
- Deliver engaging product training sessions via video or phone
- Proactively identify potential issues or delays and take action to resolve them
- Manage multiple customers at different stages of onboarding, keeping everything organized and on schedule
- Set clear expectations with customers and follow through on commitments
- Work closely with teammates to ensure shared goals and service levels are achieved
- Look for ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- Take initiative and naturally step in to solve problems before being asked
- Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks or customers at once
- Enjoy working KPI-driven environments with clear targets or timelines
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and teammates
- Stay calm under pressure and know how to prioritize what matters most
- Are a dependable team player who supports others and shares responsibility for results
- Thrive in fast-paced, growing companies where adaptability is key
- Able to support EMEA business hours (from 3:00 PM PHT onwards) while working in a hybrid setup, including three in-office days each week.
