About the role
- End-to-end management of the product lifecycle from concept to evaluation for your Little Hotelier domain.
- Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities, segment focus and LH product strategy.
- Define success metrics (e.g. churn, usage, attach, NPS/CSAT) and track performance against them.
- Be an advocate for small hoteliers, deeply understanding their workflows, constraints and goals.
- Translate problems and opportunities into clear problem statements, hypotheses and product outcomes.
- Produce concise documentation (briefs, PRDs, flows) to support design, engineering and go-to-market.
- Manage and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Customer, Product Marketing).
- Identify and manage dependencies across product and platform teams (e.g. Payments, Distribution, Compliance, Platform Experience).
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer teams to define positioning, messaging and launch plans for new capabilities.
- Support go-to-market readiness with clear value narratives, enablement, and feedback loops into the product roadmap.
- Own or contribute to commercial outcomes for your area (e.g. retention improvements, attach and activation of transaction products, ARPU/LTV uplift).
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with SMB customers.
- Proven track record of delivering products or features that drove measurable improvements in retention, adoption or revenue.
- Experience working end-to-end across the product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using product analytics and experimentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
