About the role
- Manage and coach a team of full-cycle sales executives
- Setting clear expectations for performance and conduct, and measuring against this, in order to meet or exceed budget expectations
- Assess the sales pipeline of each sales executive and the team, and prepare regular sales forecasts for management
- Review the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard for each team member and interpret it, offering guidance on how to improve
- Build, report on and communicate key metrics to track success of campaigns, events, and marketing activities in the region
Requirements
- Experience managing an inside sales team
- Able to build, supervise and coach multifaceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and results
- Understanding of the sales cycle for a Software-as-a-Service subscription model
- Proven experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and the ability to run reports within it
- Technical aptitude and passion for the technology space
- Track record in setting targets, and achieving or exceeding them
- Excellent coaching skills with experience dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures
- Experience in Hospitality tech a plus but not essential
- Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English (full professional proficiency)
