About the role
- Partner with regional managers to track sales competencies
- Highlight areas where coaching or training is needed, and ensure sales teams are set up for success.
- You will also help maintain enablement resources and training materials, and where appropriate, deliver content such as enablement sessions, workshops, or onboarding refreshers.
Requirements
- Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related function.
- Proven success supporting the rollout and adoption of sales tools and processes
- Experience in CRM function (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience managing enablement documentation (Confluence, knowledge bases, toolkits, etc.).
- Experience in delivering enablement or training content (preferred, not required).
- A proactive, detail-oriented enabler who thrives on embedding tools and processes.
- Data-driven and methodical in tracking adoption and sales competency progress.
