Partner with regional managers to track sales competencies
Highlight areas where coaching or training is needed, and ensure sales teams are set up for success.
You will also help maintain enablement resources and training materials, and where appropriate, deliver content such as enablement sessions, workshops, or onboarding refreshers.
Requirements
Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related function.
Proven success supporting the rollout and adoption of sales tools and processes
Experience in CRM function (Salesforce experience preferred).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
