About the role
- Inbound Sales Development Representative role to accelerate Sitemate’s growth in North America.
- Qualify and route inbound leads through self-service and inside sales channels.
- Engage prospects via phone, email, live chat and internal tools (Slack, Salesforce).
- Book and hand off product demonstrations; quota measured by demos booked and completed.
- Report to the GTM Lead, collaborate with local team and senior leadership.
- Fast-paced environment requiring quick learning of the built world and SaaS metrics.
Requirements
- Some SDR/BDR experience preferred, or business-related study and casual sales/marketing experience while studying.
- Confident and clear communication skills; excellent writing and presentation skills across email, phone, video and in-person.
- Excellent task organisation and prioritisation; ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Experience with modern tooling (CRMs, health scoring, live chat, knowledge bases) — nice to have.
- Experience conducting customer meetings digitally (Zoom/Teams) and/or in person — nice to have.
- Patience working with users who may not be tech-savvy.
- Comfortable using Slack and Salesforce and engaging via live chat, phone and email.
- Ability to learn SaaS terminology and industry-specific (built world) concepts quickly.
