About the role
- Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join North American team and help accelerate growth in the region.
- Qualify and route inbound leads through self-service and inside sales channels.
- Engage prospects via phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools (Slack, Salesforce).
- Measured by demonstrations booked and completed; current team have achieved >=95% of targets monthly.
- Report to GTM Lead, work with local team and senior leadership; collaborate across engineering, product, design, marketing, sales and customer success.
- Fast-paced role requiring quick learning about the built world, SaaS metrics, and up-skilling phone/email skills.
Requirements
- Confident and clear communication skills, with excellent writing and presentation skills over email, phone, video conferencing and in-person.
- Excellent task organization and prioritization skills; able to multi-task efficiently.
- Some SDR/BDR experience preferred, or business-related study and casual sales/marketing experience for entry-level candidates.
- Experience with modern tooling (CRMs, Health Scoring, Live chat, Knowledge bases) — nice to have.
- Experience conducting customer meetings digitally (e.g. Zoom/Teams) and/or physically (in person) — nice to have.
- Patience working in an industry where not all users are tech-savvy (nice to have).
