About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Open the Australian market from the ground up — build Sitemark's presence, pipeline, and first customer base.
- Build and own a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Drive relentless outreach and follow-up to win attention and secure meetings.
- Deliver persuasive pitches that translate Sitemark's value into tangible business outcomes.
- Negotiate confidently and close deals with enterprise stakeholders.
- Consistently meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Represent Sitemark at events, conferences, and customer meetings across Australia.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Based in Australia, with native-level English and strong cultural affinity for the market.
- Proven B2B “hunter” sales experience (2–5 years minimum), with a strong record of closing deals and beating targets.
- A self-starter with serious ownership and initiative — you take the lead and make things happen without waiting for direction.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Resilient, competitive, and target-driven — you don't just manage accounts, you win them.
- Willingness to travel across Australia to secure and grow business.
- Nice to have: Prior exposure to the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Additional languages.
