About the role

  • Assist with defining and executing the organization’s AI adoption roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
  • Lead development of AI agents, workflows, and prompt engineering to automate and optimize processes.
  • Establish governance for responsible AI use, ensuring compliance, security, and ethical standards.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies (Copilot, Azure AI, AI Foundry) and integrate them into enterprise solutions as agreed.
  • Lead in establishing a Centre of Excellence. Promote best practices, reusable components, and knowledge sharing
  • Support teams by leading discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions.
  • Create reusable AI components and frameworks to accelerate delivery across teams.
  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Manage and enhance governance tools like the CoE Toolkit.
  • Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, NetSuite, GTM systems, and other business tools.
  • Build custom Canvas and Model-Driven apps; configure connectors and automation flows.
  • Develop a community to support AI adoption across the business to enable knowledge sharing and effective delivery.
  • Partner with business units to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
  • Support UAT, deployment, training, and post-go-live troubleshooting for AI and Power Platform solutions.
  • Document AI architecture, workflows, security roles, and governance models.
  • Ensure all solutions meet accessibility, security, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
  • 7+ years in information technology roles, with at least 3 years responsible for Power Platform, Data and AI
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600)
  • Hands On experience managing Power Platform using CoE Toolkit
  • Hands-on experience developing AI agents, workflows, and prompt engineering.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, ethical AI principles, and security.
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities with Power Platform and enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI services, machine learning concepts, and data-driven automation.
  • Hands-on experience developing across the Microsoft Power Platform, coupled with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis, digital transformation and agile methodologies.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform and CoPilot with Salesforce, SharePoint, Confluence, Azure AI/Data services and 3rd party applications via API’s or MCP
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate into deliverable AI capabilities using available tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
