About the role
- Own full-funnel marketing for the WordPress customer segment, driving acquisition, activation, and retention
- Develop comprehensive marketing programs for different WordPress user segments
- Design acquisition campaigns targeting WordPress users across paid and organic channels
- Create lifecycle marketing programs that drive activation, upsell, and retention
- Build data-driven segmentation based on WordPress usage patterns
- Launch multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app, paid media, social) for WordPress audiences
- Design personalized customer journeys from first touch through renewal and develop upsell and win-back programs
- A/B test campaigns to maximize conversion and retention rates and define/track KPIs (CAC, LTV, churn rate, expansion revenue)
- Analyze WordPress customer behavior, build predictive models for churn risk and upsell potential, and report insights to executive leadership
Requirements
- 3-5 years in growth or lifecycle marketing, preferably in SaaS/subscription businesses
- Proven track record managing full-funnel marketing programs
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into proposals and decisions
- Understanding of WordPress ecosystem and user needs
