About the role
- As a Video Script Writer, you will own the creative backbone of our video content – the ideas, structure, and scripts that turn complex products into engaging, easy-to-watch videos. Your main focus will be writing scripts for different video formats (short-form and long-form) and adapting content to what works best across platforms like Shorts, Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and video production teams to shape content flows, test formats, and continuously improve performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in scriptwriting, content writing, or video marketing;
- Excellent written English (native or near-native level);
- Strong understanding of product messaging and digital video formats, including short-form video (Shorts, Reels, TikTok);
- Familiarity with basic video production workflows and current online video trends;
- Solid grasp of storytelling principles — hooks, pacing, structure, and audience psychology;
- Ability to structure content for clarity, engagement, and viewer retention;
- Strategic mindset — you think beyond “just writing” and care about performance and results;
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, iterative environments and incorporating feedback;
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams.
