• Ensure commitments made by Account Managers, Developers, and Marketing are completed as promised.
• Call out missed commitments directly and professionally.
• Create a culture where ownership is expected and enforced.
• Enforce standards for onboarding, support, and project delivery.
• Eliminate overdue tickets and recurring delivery breakdowns.
• Ensure client experience remains consistent and reliable.
• Maintain clear visibility into delivery health, workload, and execution risk.

• Improve and evolve client websites quickly, cleanly, and with excellent taste.
• Redesign key page sections to improve clarity, hierarchy, and conversion flow.
• Clean up UX issues across existing pages, including site navigation, user journeys, spacing, typography, responsiveness, and consistency.
• Recreate existing live site layouts in Figma when original design files are unavailable.
• Work in fast iteration loops with Account Managers to deliver high-quality updates without drawn-out review cycles.
• Provide designs that are implementation-ready for Developers.
• Design ad creative and variations for paid campaigns.
• Collaborate directly with the Chief of Staff on internal marketing priorities.

• Lead and coach Account Managers to proactively expand existing client relationships.
• Set clear expectations for account ownership, growth targets, and client communication.
• Review account health consistently and intervene early when risk or opportunity appears.
• Ensure renewals, expansions, and upsells are deliberate, measured, and repeatable.
• Enforce high standards for onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
• Ensure tickets, projects, and requests are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
• Approve all quotes, scopes of work, and project plans.
• Ensure every project and engagement is profitable.
• Design and refine workflows across sales handoff, onboarding, delivery, and support.
• Build a culture of ownership, clarity, and pride in execution.
