About the role

  • Build your own portfolio of priority key accounts: identify targets, develop pursuit plans, secure senior access and win new work.
  • Shape and run account plans that protect and grow revenue - expansion strategy, renewals, multi-year agreements and share-of-wallet growth.
  • Create executive relationships across client organizations, with strong stakeholder mapping and multi-threading.
  • Lead high-value pitches and commercial negotiations, bringing together the right Savanta experts to win and deliver.
  • Partner closely with Client Delivery, Product/Tech and Marketing to ensure excellent outcomes and a consistently premium client experience.
  • Use insight, data and tech-enabled ways of working to improve forecasting, pipeline quality and client engagement.
  • Act as a visible leader and ambassador for Savanta - externally with clients and networks, and internally through coaching and best practice.

Requirements

  • Proven experience winning new strategic clients and growing existing accounts at senior/executive level within a Market Research Agency, with clear evidence of revenue and margin impact.
  • A track record of creating and managing a portfolio of complex accounts - balancing new-logo acquisition with long-term relationship development.
  • Commercial/Research Sector expertise in at least one of: Tech, Media, Telecom, Travel, Leisure, or Luxury retail goods.
  • Strong consultative sales approach, able to diagnose client needs, shape solutions and articulate commercial value.
  • Comfortable leading multi-stakeholder pursuits and coordinating teams across geographies and disciplines.
  • Tech-first mindset and curiosity about how data and technology can transform insight, decision-making and client experience.
  • The successful candidate must be located within the United States and be able to work within suitable UK hours when required due to close collaboration with the UK office.
