About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the financial relationship with clients
Active participation and management in all phases of the financial process
Complete end to end review of all processes and outputs
Ensure accurate and timely billing in partnership with Client Accounting
Ownership and oversight of the Expense Matrix
Leads scheduled client meetings related to financial services
Partner with billing resolutions team to resolve high level billing issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant mobility experience across various financial functions
Global compensation compliance preferred, tax knowledge a plus
Bachelor Degree in Business or related Degree Preferred
Strong ability to collaborate and contribute effectively in teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop creative and thoughtful solutions
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Demonstrated ability to document and train process flows in a high volume environment
Working knowledge of accounting software and secure data transmission methods preferred
