About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the financial relationship with clients
  • Active participation and management in all phases of the financial process
  • Complete end to end review of all processes and outputs
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing in partnership with Client Accounting
  • Ownership and oversight of the Expense Matrix

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant mobility experience across various financial functions
  • Global compensation compliance preferred, tax knowledge a plus
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related Degree Preferred
  • Strong ability to collaborate and contribute effectively in teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop creative and thoughtful solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Demonstrated ability to document and train process flows in a high volume environment
  • Working knowledge of accounting software and secure data transmission methods preferred
