About the role
- Own the operational engine for medicine donations at SIRUM
- Understand processes deeply enough to improve them
- Build systems that don’t exist yet
- Make existing systems work better every week
- Own our 'push down the stack' philosophy
- Assess what’s working and what isn’t, prioritize resources
- Be the face of SIRUM to corporate partners
- Drive new partner acquisition
- Build AI-powered automations, dashboards, and internal tools
Requirements
- 2-4+ years in a role that required analytical rigor, relationship management, and working in ambiguity
- Common backgrounds: management consulting, strategy & ops at a tech company or startup, or chief of staff / ops lead at a small organization.
