About the role
- Respond promptly to inbound customer messages and emails
- Conduct online meetings with potential clients when needed
- Communicate professionally in both Turkish and English
- Learn and understand our services to guide clients confidently
- Support sales processes and assist in closing deals
- Maintain accurate data and notes in CRM systems
- Ensure a professional and consistent customer experience
- Prepare follow-up messages, summaries, and basic reports
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or customer support is essential.
- Proven experience conducting online meetings and handling phone-based sales.
- Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools.
- Solid experience working with CRM platforms.
- Turkish citizen
- Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English
- Strong English reading comprehension
- Confident and professional in client-facing conversations
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities
- Energetic attitude and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work remotely full-time Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day
- Self-disciplined and accountable in remote work environments
