Content Creator

• The Content Creator supports the creation and management of content for both companies, Sirius Facilities in Germany and BizSpace in the UK.
• Develops and implements LinkedIn content and works closely with the People & Talent team and the Engagement Director.
• Responsible for creating engaging and relevant content (text, image, video) for internal communication on Workvivo.
• Ensures that produced content complies with company guidelines and promotes employee engagement.
• Drafts strategic LinkedIn content to strengthen brand image, showcase expertise, and increase company visibility.
• Monitors current trends and best practices to ensure LinkedIn content remains relevant and engaging.
• (Further) develops and maintains an editorial calendar to structure content production across platforms and projects.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure content supports company objectives and messaging.
• Designs effective internal communication processes to ensure all relevant information and updates reach employees.
• Works closely with the Lead Internal Communication and the Engagement Director to optimize communication strategies.
• Creates, edits, and optimizes image, video, and graphic materials for various channels.
