About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consulting, planning and implementation of projects for the development and enhancement of maintenance processes in SAP EAM or comparable applications
Coordination & communication between IT and operational maintenance
Conducting assessments of maintenance and service processes and identifying optimization potential
Drafting recommendations for action and solution concepts
Implementing and customizing established methods and new processes
Providing subject-matter support in presales
Active participation in the further development of consulting services
Mentoring and supporting junior staff and ensuring top customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing IT projects in the area of maintenance with SAP EAM / SAP PM / SAP CS
Expertise in SAP EAM (optionally SAP Asset Manager) and in common Intelligent Asset Management solutions (e.g., SAP MDG for EAM, SAP BNAC, SAP ASPM, SAP PdMS, SAP PEI, SAP AM, ...)
Experience with adjacent modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP QM)
Industry knowledge in pharmaceuticals, industrial production, or another industrial sector
Passion for consulting with a high degree of initiative and independence
Excellent communication skills
German language skills at C1 level or native speaker
Good English skills
Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
