Key responsibilities & impact

Project leadership: Independently plan and execute MDM projects with a focus on quality, budget and timelines.
Strategy and design: Analyze requirements, develop viable concepts and prepare management decisions.
Process design: Design, implement and optimize processes to ensure data quality and improve efficiency.
Governance: Define roles, responsibilities and structures for effective data governance.
Data analytics & modelling: Use data analysis to optimize master data models and support data-driven business decisions.
Client advisory: Consult and engage our clients with innovative Master Data Management solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for data, data analysis and data management
Proven expertise in managing IT projects, ideally in the MDM environment
Experience with SAP MDG or comparable tools and solid knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Data Architecture, Data Modelling or Data Transformation
Industry experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Production or related sectors is an advantage
Enthusiasm for consulting and taking on technical leadership responsibilities
Ability to work independently, strong initiative and a high level of responsibility
Excellent communication skills in German (C1/C2 level) and good English skills
Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
