About the role
- Consulting, planning and execution of projects for the implementation and further development of maintenance processes in SAP EAM or comparable applications
- Coordination and communication between IT and operational maintenance
- Conducting assessments of maintenance and customer service processes and identifying optimization potential
- Preparing recommendations and solution concepts
- Implementing and customizing established methods and new processes
- Providing subject-matter support in presales
- Active participation in the development of consulting services
- Mentoring and supporting junior staff and ensuring top customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience managing IT projects in maintenance with SAP EAM / SAP PM / SAP CS
- Expertise in SAP EAM (SAP Asset Manager optional) and in common Intelligent Asset Management solutions (e.g. SAP MDG for EAM, SAP BNAC, SAP ASPM, SAP PdMS, SAP PEI, SAP AM, ...)
- Experience with adjacent modules (e.g. SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP QM)
- Industry knowledge in pharmaceuticals, industrial production or another industrial sector
- Passion for consulting with high self‑initiative and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- German at C1 level or native speaker
- Good command of English
- Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
