About the role
- Take full responsibility for planning and delivering MDM projects with a focus on quality, budget and timelines
- Analyze requirements, develop robust concepts and prepare decision documents for management
- Design, implement and optimize processes to ensure data quality and increase efficiency
- Define roles, responsibilities and structures for effective data governance
- Use data analysis to optimize master data models and support data-driven business decisions
- Advise and inspire our clients with innovative Master Data Management solutions
Requirements
- Passion for data, data analysis and data management
- Proven expertise in managing IT projects, ideally in an MDM environment
- Experience with SAP MDG or comparable tools and solid knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Data Architecture, Data Modelling or Data Transformation
- Industry experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Manufacturing or related sectors is a plus
- Enthusiasm for consulting and taking on technical/subject-matter leadership responsibilities
- Independent, proactive and highly responsible working style
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1/C2) and good command of English
- Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
