About the role
- Lead the definition of end-to-end solutions for new products and complex transactions
- Assess impacts on IT, Operations, and Finance
- Serve as a representative in approval committees (TAC/NAC)
- Conduct strategic analyses of new business initiatives
- Interact with senior stakeholders (Front Office, Risk, Compliance, etc.)
- Ensure adherence to the bank's strategies and mitigation of operational risks
- Support executive decisions with structured analyses and recommendations
Requirements
- Fluent English (required for interaction with global teams and participation in executive committees)
- Strong experience in Global Markets / CIB
- Strong knowledge of Front-to-Finance processes
- Experience with complex projects and end-to-end analysis
- Experience with approval forums or governance (TAC/NAC or similar)
- Analytical and structured mindset
- High autonomy and sense of ownership
- Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Critical thinking and strategic vision
