About the role
- Validation of trading platform components;
- Opening and escalation of incidents;
- Incident support/management for business and infrastructure applications in the production environment serving B3. The primary objective is to restore normal operation of services, prioritized according to their criticality to the company;
- Monitoring the rollout of projects into production;
- Implementation of changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (completed);
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows server platforms;
- Knowledge of networking, TCP and UDP protocols;
- Knowledge of SQL Server databases;
- Knowledge of Agile methodology;
- English: Intermediate;
- Nice-to-have:
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, HP O.M.I, CA Spectrum, or Dynatrace) and automation tools (Control-M);
- Knowledge of BIG-IP (F5);
- Experience with PowerShell, shell scripting, and/or Python;
- Knowledge of Redis;
- Linux experience with emphasis on networking;
- Knowledge of the FIX protocol (Financial Information Exchange);
- Knowledge of brokerage trading desk operations (stock exchange brokerage operations)
