• Support the Negotiation and Relationship team with the department’s administrative and operational activities.
• Register CNPJ numbers (Brazilian company registration) and projects of institutions in negotiation that are not yet in the system.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets with information about institutions and events, and monitor follow-ups.
• Provide basic clarifications and forward requests to the appropriate service representatives.
• Assist in preparing and sending assessments and communications to institutions.
• Monitor overdue invoices and keep control spreadsheets up to date.
• Operate telephone systems and electronic communication channels.
• Autonomously promote awareness and recognition of the institutions within your portfolio, working to build loyalty to the unions through relationship management.
