About the role

  • Identify and develop potential customers through targeted prospecting and structured lead qualification.
  • Execute outbound campaigns (phone, email, social media) to increase brand awareness and generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the requirements of prospective customers and position tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our clients’ Account Executives to ensure leads are effectively followed up and converted into successful deals.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data maintenance within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Track market trends and competitors in order to continuously adapt and improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Development, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to sell solutions that deliver real value.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to plan independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable working US East Coast hours (aligned from Chicago or remote US locations).
