About the role
- Shape and execute SVH’s DeFi roadmap.
- Monitor trends across DeFi, L2s, staking and yield strategies.
- Build relationships with DeFi protocols, DAOs and liquidity providers.
- Analyze performance and risk across protocols, recommend adjustments.
- Collaborate with Tokenomics, Product and BD teams to support incubated projects.
- Represent SVH in public forums and protocol communities.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of DeFi mechanisms, smart contracts and governance.
- 5+ years of experience in crypto/DeFi roles.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with on-chain data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Culture fit: proactive, fast-paced, thrives in ambiguity.
- Remote: Comfortable working async with global teams, self-directed.
