About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement institutional communication strategies to strengthen the organization’s reputation
- Serve as the primary liaison between spokespeople, internal leadership and the communications agency
- Develop and strengthen relationships with journalists, editors, influencers and opinion leaders
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities
- Generate and qualify new commercial leads
- Conduct visits and meetings with potential clients to present the company’s products and services
- Prepare customized commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
- Monitor client accounts and build customer loyalty, establishing long-term partnerships
- Identify market trends and customer needs, providing strategic insights to support company growth
- Manage the sales funnel
- Manage sales targets
- Monitor competitor activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (university degree or technologist)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Must have a car and a valid driver’s license
- Solid experience in consultative sales for corporate clients (B2B)
- Experience in B2B prospecting, field sales and negotiation
- Experience selling services/products to Human Resources departments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Availability and flexibility with working hours
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to attract potential clients
- Knowledge of the market and its trends, understanding customer needs and demands
- Proactive and autonomous in developing sales strategies and acquiring new business
- Experience selling Apprenticeship Programs will be considered a plus
