About the role
- Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing plans aligned with global corporate objectives to drive lead generation, support sales, and boost revenue growth across APAC.
- Work closely with regional sales teams and the global marketing team to create effective marketing programs, collateral, and campaigns that directly support regional sales goals.
- Plan, manage, and execute regional events, conferences, and trade shows to maximize brand visibility and lead generation opportunities.
- Collaborate with the global content marketing team to produce region-specific marketing materials, case studies, and sales tools that resonate deeply with the APAC audience.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand local customer preferences, identify key industry trends, and analyze the competitive landscape to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the effectiveness of all marketing programs and campaigns to regional and corporate leadership.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Marketing Manager in the APAC region
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the challenges and needs of digital marketing teams based in APAC.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent project management abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
