Solutions Engineer

• Own and support technical implementation of Singular’s platform, from scoping and planning through onboarding, validation, and post-launch technical advisory.
• Provide senior technical ownership and continuity for high-priority customer accounts across the Americas, supporting complex implementations, escalations, and ongoing technical advisory needs.
• Lead or support complex SDK, API, attribution, web-to-app, S2S, event tracking, data validation, and reporting investigations.
• Use SQL, logs, APIs, internal tools, and customer-provided technical context to investigate data quality, attribution, and implementation issues.
• Build trust with customer engineering, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders through clear communication, structured problem solving, and reliable follow-through.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales to support customer happiness, retention, expansion, and technical confidence.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to identify customer-backed product gaps, recurring implementation patterns, and roadmap opportunities.
• Work with Support and Customer Success to ensure technical issues move through the right channels with clear ownership, context, and follow-up.
• Use AI tools to improve implementation workflows, accelerate technical troubleshooting, summarize customer/account context, generate reusable documentation, analyze technical patterns, and build lightweight internal tools or scripts that reduce repeated manual work.
• Develop internal playbooks, training materials, documentation, and workflow improvements that help scale the Solution Engineering team.
• Assist with technical sales activities for new and existing accounts when deeper implementation or feasibility expertise is needed.
• Prioritize customer product or feature requests and communicate them clearly to Product with supporting technical context and business impact.

Senior Solutions Engineer

Account Executive

• Manage entire sales cycle from client prospecting, conducting meetings, product demos to deal negotiation and customer hand-off to Customer Success. Account Executives will work directly with dedicated Sales Development resources on lead generation efforts.
• Proactively develop lead-generation plan and establish best practices on lead conversion with Sales Development team.
• Consultative selling leveraging previous experience building long term client relationships.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Product team to communicate client feedback internally.
• Attend key industry events and trade shows and actively represent Singular’s brand presence.
• Forge trusting relationships with both internal and external partners.

• Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities with Americas account executives to ensure Singular’s value across all cross-functional teams is realized.
• Identify pain points of existing advertiser ad/martech workflows & processes to emphasize the necessity of Singular product
• Demonstrate the Singular platform to highlight customer use cases
• Align with prospects’ BI/Analytics, Product, Developer teams to address all technical questions, RFPs/RFIs, and competitive objections
• Actively deploy and manage proof of concepts/trials from scoping through to execution against defined success criteria with the support of Solutions Engineering team
• Communicate internal roadmap and new product features to evangelize with customers and their feedback to Singular product management and engineering groups

Customer Success Manager

• Serve as client advocate in all respects of the Singular product, project managing all customer onboarding and overseeing all technical solution deliveries.
• Regularly meet and engage customers to understand how they are using the platform and provide ideas, training on product features and enhancements.
• Consistently meet or exceed customer retention goals and applicable success metrics.
• Work closely with internal resources on escalation and resolution processes for critical customer issues.
• Become a trusted advisor to customers to fully understand their needs and help find ways to solve or simplify these pain points through Singular’s product.
• Identify incremental revenue opportunities and hold regular QBRs (in-person and remotely).

Full-stack Engineer

• Build the outbound engine using Clay
• Design and manage tables for ICP accounts, personas, and enrichment
• Connect multiple data sources into usable datasets
• Turn static account lists into dynamic, signal-driven targeting systems
• Drive community and content distribution
• Build and engage with relevant communities where target users spend time
