Account Manager

• Develop and execute a regional partnerships plan in alignment with company objectives to generate partner-sourced leads/pipeline, support mutual customer success, and explore areas of joint business growth.
• Lead education of Singular’s platform with regional partners to ensure that they are aware of key competitive differentiators. Identify areas where there are joint value propositions to accelerate mutual business growth through partnership alignment.
• Lead and manage pipeline with existing reseller/referral partners. Identify and sign new regional referral/reseller partners to align with company objectives. Work closely with our partners to deliver against mutual business goals.
• Drive relationships with regional agency partners. Provide training to Singular’s platform and provide ongoing education and product training support agencies to help drive RFPs for new business, in addition to escalations that revolve around customer onboarding.
• Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to deliver against the regional marketing strategy by identifying partnerships that can help accelerate our GTM and distribution efforts. Co-marketing programs will include events, webinars, reports/guides, and case studies.
• Work closely with partners to understand evolving needs that they have with MMP and attribution partners. Provide ongoing feedback on partner/industry needs to Product, Integrations and R&D teams.

• You’ll be the quarterback for a select portfolio of enterprise customers responsible for driving impactful outcomes and growth.
• You’ll act as the primary business point of contact for all of your clients and serve as a trusted consultant on their behalf.

• Become an expert on the Singular platform and integrations, while keeping up with industry trends in data and analytics.
