• Lead design initiatives from concept through launch, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Define and design user flows that elegantly solve complex problems
• Drive the evolution of our design system as we scale, define new patterns and components, and maintain consistency across our product suite
• Work closely with engineers from design through deployment, ensuring seamless translation of design intent to production
• Communicate product decisions and document clear specifications for marketing, support, business, and QA teams

• Manage preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP

• Establish, monitor, and enforce internal controls across the organization

• Set the vision for how ads fit into products while staying hands-on with implementation
• Manage partner relationships and work with Product and Engineering to optimize and innovate on the ad stack
• Implement new ad networks, manage mediation, and troubleshoot technical issues
• Oversee rollout and performance of ad partners within the ad stack
• Build and maintain relationships with ad networks, SSPs, DSPs, and demand partners
• Engage and manage data partners to strengthen user privacy and maximize revenue
• Develop and own ad revenue reporting and surface insights for leadership
