About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure customer focus
Develop a First Call Resolution culture with internal teams
Provide support to all internal SIN areas that interact with customers, prioritizing Commercial Operations and Collections via SIN contact channels
Support the Commercial Operations and Collections teams
Manage financial operations requests (understand, handle, monitor and resolve within the deadlines established for each type of situation)
Attend regular meetings with internal departments to ensure governance of topics under the department’s responsibility
Provide feedback/follow-up on requests to the requesting departments
Open and close tickets in the Freshdesk platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with exchange and return procedures in an ERP (SAP)
Experience with financial reconciliations, exchanges, card transactions, returns and boletos (bank slips)
Experience in customer service and relationship management
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
