About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Financial reconciliations within the accounts receivable scope (boleto, credit card, PIX, etc.)
Issuing receivables and sending boletos to customers
Handling internal support tickets
Managing outstanding items in the accounts receivable ledger
Preparing financial reports
Monitoring payments, settlements, and outstanding balances
Validating and following up on outstanding items with partner departments
Ensuring the accuracy and proper control of accounts receivable data
Supporting standardization and continuous improvement of financial processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance Management, or related fields
Intermediate Excel skills
Experience with ERPs (SAP is a plus)
Previous experience in treasury and accounts receivable
