About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing websites and applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, Astro, and Next.js
Develop and maintain full-stack solutions across CMS platforms and custom applications, including themes, templates, plugins, modules, APIs, and server-side functionality
Leverage AI-assisted development tools and AI-powered integrations to improve workflows, enhance digital experiences, and deliver intelligent functionality such as search, personalization, chat, and content generation
Partner closely with UX, Creative, Strategy, and Account teams to ensure technical feasibility, smooth handoffs, and cohesive user experiences across projects
Establish scalable front-end systems, reusable components, and pattern libraries that improve consistency, efficiency, and maintainability across digital work
Audit existing websites and platforms, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend scalable technical solutions that support long-term client goals
Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, workflow improvements, and conversations around emerging technologies and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional web development experience
Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and modern front-end frameworks and libraries
Experience developing within CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar systems
Working knowledge of APIs, AI-assisted development tools, and integrating AI-driven features into digital products
Experience with Git/version control systems and modern development workflows
Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, SEO, and web performance optimization
Ability to translate wireframes and design systems into polished, functional digital experiences
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across remote, cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
