About the role
- Assist with reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts and vendor agreements
- Conduct due diligence reviews of vendors
- Participate in continuing education and conduct research
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract law and drafting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with internal stakeholders and third parties
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- J.D. from an accredited law school required and in good standing
