About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize your visit schedule in accordance with management requests
  • Prepare and submit weekly activity reports
  • Support and advise customers and provide technical assistance
  • Ensure company pricing policy in collaboration with the Sales Manager
  • Prepare proposals tailored to customer needs and follow up on them
  • Close sales with customers
  • Promote the company’s product range and new releases
  • Handle all disputes
  • Manage actions related to aged receivables
  • Prospect new customers by all available means
  • Perform pull-out tests related to job sites and conduct product demonstrations
  • Conduct commercial, technical and competitive monitoring
  • Assist with product line placements at customer sites
  • Support the sales force and customers
  • Participate in national trade shows and regional open-house events
  • Comply with Commerce-Operations alignment guidelines
  • Submit monthly expense reports via the group tool Concur

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree focused on construction or sales
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales
  • Or minimum 5 years’ experience in field sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient with office tools (Excel in particular)
  • Experience using a CRM, ideally SAP
  • Valid driving license (Category B)
