About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize your visit schedule in accordance with management requests
- Prepare and submit weekly activity reports
- Support and advise customers and provide technical assistance
- Ensure company pricing policy in collaboration with the Sales Manager
- Prepare proposals tailored to customer needs and follow up on them
- Close sales with customers
- Promote the company’s product range and new releases
- Handle all disputes
- Manage actions related to aged receivables
- Prospect new customers by all available means
- Perform pull-out tests related to job sites and conduct product demonstrations
- Conduct commercial, technical and competitive monitoring
- Assist with product line placements at customer sites
- Support the sales force and customers
- Participate in national trade shows and regional open-house events
- Comply with Commerce-Operations alignment guidelines
- Submit monthly expense reports via the group tool Concur
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree focused on construction or sales
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales
- Or minimum 5 years’ experience in field sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient with office tools (Excel in particular)
- Experience using a CRM, ideally SAP
- Valid driving license (Category B)
