About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate, analyze and communicate Talent Acquisition metrics and insights
- Maintain and improve recurring and ad hoc recruiting reports, dashboards, scorecards and KPI frameworks
- Analyze applicant funnel health, sourcing channel performance and location-specific hiring challenges
- Lead and support recruiting technology implementations, adoption and continuous improvement
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, system troubleshooting, hypercare support, issue logs and enhancement requests
- Standardize recruiting forms, job posting content, skills mapping, stage definitions, candidate communications and disposition templates
- Maintain the Talent Acquisition Playbook, Hiring Manager Portal resources, job aids, FAQs, templates and process documentation
- Develop and deliver training and change-management materials for new processes and tools
- Support structured interviewing, hiring events, interview pool pilots, turnover improvement, candidate experience and quality-of-hire initiatives
- Manage project plans, agendas, meeting cadences, action items and stakeholder updates
- Partner with recruiters, HRBPs, hiring managers, HR, IT, HR systems, vendors and business leaders
- Manage or support vendor relationships for recruiting platforms and tools
- Support recruiter and hiring manager enablement, communications, troubleshooting and issue escalation
- Contribute to employer brand, employee referral, social media, community outreach and candidate communication initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, Organizational Development or a related field required
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources: Talent Acquisition, HR operations, HR analytics, recruiting technology, program coordination, or a related strategic support role
- Strong analytical skills and process improvement mindset
- Two or more years of experience supporting recruiting technologies, ATS/HRIS processes or HR systems implementations
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and reporting or dashboard tools
- Two or more Workday Recruiting experience required
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to create and deliver training materials, executive summaries, process documentation, and stakeholder communications
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, document standards, identify root causes, and translate ambiguity into practical, scalable solutions
- Strong collaboration and influence skills
- High attention to detail, strong judgment, comfort with confidential information and commitment to compliant, equitable and candidate-centered hiring practices
- Must successfully complete a drug screen and criminal background check, in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws
