About the role

  • Own a pipeline of outbound activity into Simpro Group's existing customer base - you're hunting, not farming
  • Run compelling product demos of Delight, translating AI capability into clear, tangible business value for each prospect
  • Lead commercial conversations end-to-end: pitch, handle objections, negotiate, and close
  • Hit and exceed a defined revenue quota - this role carries a number and you're expected to hit it
  • Move fast. Once a deal is closed, you hand it off and move to the next opportunity
  • Feed insights back to the product team - you're closest to the customer, and your feedback shapes the roadmap
  • Stay sharp on industry trends and competitive positioning so every conversation lands with authority

Requirements

  • A proven track record in a closing sales role - AE, BDR/SDR with closing exposure, or similar
  • Experience in SaaS sales; exposure to field service management, marketing tech, or adjacent software is a strong plus
  • Confidence running your own demos and owning the full sales cycle without hand-holding
  • High-output outbound mentality - you're comfortable with volume and structured cadences
  • The communication skills to make complex technology feel simple and compelling to non-technical buyers
  • Competitive drive and the ability to pick up and move quickly from deal to deal
