About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, execute and manage Solution and/or Role-based enablement programs, training and supporting enablement tools for both Sales and Customer Success roles
Assist with creation and execution of Role-based new hire Onboarding within the GTM organization
Support and create new opportunities to further adoption of sales methodology within GTM
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, outside vendors, and internal experts to address skill development needs
Support GTM Enablement Leadership in carrying out various enablement live events
Develop and assess performance metrics and translate information into actionable insights
Own additional GTM enablement responsibilities as the business changes and evolves

Developing and delivering engaging, results-driven training and enablement activities
Ability to increase speed-to-productivity and overall effectiveness of the GTM organization
Supporting skill development needs within the sales process stages and customer lifecycle stages
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, outside vendors, and internal experts
Supporting GTM Enablement Leadership in various enablement live events
Developing and assessing performance metrics and translating information into actionable insights
Additional GTM enablement responsibilities as the business changes and evolves
