About the role
- Create, execute and manage Solution and/or Role-based enablement programs, training and supporting enablement tools for both Sales and Customer Success roles
- Assist with creation and execution of Role-based new hire Onboarding within the GTM organization
- Support and create new opportunities to further adoption of sales methodology within GTM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, outside vendors, and internal experts to address skill development needs
- Support GTM Enablement Leadership in carrying out various enablement live events
- Develop and assess performance metrics and translate information into actionable insights
- Own additional GTM enablement responsibilities as the business changes and evolves
Requirements
- Developing and delivering engaging, results-driven training and enablement activities
- Ability to increase speed-to-productivity and overall effectiveness of the GTM organization
- Supporting skill development needs within the sales process stages and customer lifecycle stages
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, outside vendors, and internal experts
- Supporting GTM Enablement Leadership in various enablement live events
- Developing and assessing performance metrics and translating information into actionable insights
- Additional GTM enablement responsibilities as the business changes and evolves
