About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the credit and collections process in line with the company's expectations.
Identify payments recorded in the integrated system to post payments and clear receivables.
Send invoices and payment slips (boletos) to prompt customer payment.
Send specific documents required by contract.
Handle high-volume customer inquiries by phone and email to verify collection status.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of credit and collections, finance, auditing, billing, accounting, and tax compliance.
1 to 3 years' experience.
