About the role

  • Develop a pipeline of new leads across various channels both online and in-person.
  • Engage with potential customers, understand their pain points and explain how we can solve their needs.
  • Build, own and lead the full sales process, including opportunity identification, negotiation and closing of contracts, client retention, renewals and upselling.
  • Be the main contact for client satisfaction, coordinating efforts to provide the required customer support across different teams.
  • Work with other internal business and technology teams to design and deliver solutions in line with the client’s business needs.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and business teams to develop material and campaigns that help drive the sales process.
  • Develop new and improve established processes that lay the foundation for significant business expansion.
  • Build, cultivate, and manage long-term strategic relationships with C-level and key technical staff across Web3 and Fintech.
  • Maintain an internal database of clients, providing visibility on the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets in FinTech/crypto/blockchain markets.
  • Deep relationships in Fintech and/or Web3 and ability to activate them.
  • Experience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams, ideally in dev tooling, infrastructure, engineering or adjacent categories.
  • Market intelligence alongside a strategic mindset, allowing you to know where the market is heading and getting into the rooms that lead us there.
  • Understanding of how RPC nodes work and their importance within blockchain based products and solutions.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and requirements and of designing solutions to solve them.
  • Knowledge and passion for the blockchain and FinTech industry.
  • A highly organized, execution-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced high-stakes, category-creating markets.
  • Proficiency using CRM software, forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing numerous requests and time demands concurrently.
  • A willingness to grow and adapt with an exciting company in a high-growth space.
